I am saying this is a watercolour class but if you want to change it up and follow your heart to graphite and/or coloured pencils as your media –you are more than welcome.
This class is presented in a friendly and supportive environment and is suitable for ongoing beginners/intermediate with some drawing experience or for students wanting to develop and/or revisit their drawing skills.

This workshop is tailored for individuals at an advanced beginner to intermediate level in drawing and beginner level in coloured pencils. In this workshop, participants will:
– Work on various angles of presenting Persimmon fruit for drawing and investigate tools which will allow you to draw the specimen correctly and not rely on photographic material.
– Explore unique perspectives and angles to depict leaves and fruit, enhancing your drawing skills.
– Build your knowledge and current abilities to produce more detailed and complex works.
Time will be set aside to review work, provide feedback, discuss progress, and answer questions. There will be time to work on your own piece independently.
As part of the Dandenong Ranges Open Studios events this April there is a group exhibition at Burrinja Gallery titled GLIMPSE.
As a participating artist I have a painting on exhibit!

It is always lovely to combine a ramble up to Mount Macedon in Autumn and a visit to the Artanica Exhibition at the Mount Macedon Horticultural Society.
