Horticolour Returns Policy 2025
At Horticolour, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it
In its original packaging
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be processed using your original method of payment.
We offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
